Resumen
En la oficina de vivienda y hábitat se realizan varios trámites que generan largas colas en una sala de espera física, lo que provoca demoras e incomodidad en los clientes. Cuentan con un sitio web y le solicitan al XETID se le añada e implemente un sistema para gestionar las colas con el fin de mejorar el servicio de atención al cliente y la organización. El objetivo de este trabajo es desarrollar una aplicación web que contribuya a gestionar el control de la sala de espera contribuyendo a un mejor aprovechamiento del tiempo y de los servicios que se brindan. En función de lograr este objetivo se realiza un análisis teórico del tema, se definen las entidades principales que intervienen en el proceso y la relación entre ellas para el diseño del sistema. Se desarrolla una aplicación Web utilizando Laravel Versión 8.0, un framework con patrón MVC y con MySQL para la base de datos, que permite la gestión eficiente de las colas en la sala de espera de la oficina de vivienda y hábitat. Esta aplicación está diseñada para un fácil despliegue e implementación, que puede ser empleada en otras entidades que requieran realizar una gestión automatizada de las colas en salas de espera física.
In the housing and habitat office, various procedures are carried out that generate long queues in a physical waiting room, which causes delays and discomfort for clients.
