Resumen
En la actualidad los clientes en el sector del turismo evolucionan constantemente con respecto a sus comportamientos, demandas de consumo, costumbres, en función de sus necesidades, sus hábitos y experiencias anteriores. En este sentido, es importante que las empresas asuman un alto nivel de adaptabilidad a las nuevas exigencias de la clientela, sobre todo en el sector de la hotelería y turismo, dirigiendo los esfuerzos a satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, ofreciéndoles experiencias únicas e inolvidables. El presente Trabajo de Diploma tiene como objetivo principal el diseño de un servicio de línea natural para tratamientos corporales y faciales para el YHI SPA “Aguas Frescas” del Hotel Meliá Buena Vista utilizando para ello productos autóctonos de nuestro país con el fin de ampliar, diversificar y diferenciar su cartera de servicios, además de proveer al cliente que visita el hotel de una oferta única de su tipo en el polo turístico Cayo Santa María. La elaboración de este nuevo servicio, complemento de la oferta actual en el SPA refiere un análisis bibliográfico abordando las temáticas afines y el diagnóstico de la situación actual del hotel y del objeto de estudio, sustentado en la aplicación de metodologías para el estudio y diseño de productos. El producto natural responde a las necesidades de la demanda actual y se ajusta a las características del YHI SPA “Aguas Frescas” del Meliá Buena Vista siendo considerado por la dirección de la empresa y expertos consultados como factible de aplicar.
Currently customers in the tourism sector are constantly evolving with respect to its behavior, consumer demands, customs , depending on their needs, habits and p ast experiences. In this regard , it is important that companies take a high level of adaptabil ity to new customer demands , especially in the f ield of hospitality and tourism , leading efforts to meet the needs and expectations of customers by offering uniqu e experiences and unforgettable . This Diploma work has as main goal the design of a natural line service for facial and body treatments for YHI SPA " Aguas Frescas " Hotel Meliá Buena Vista using for this local produce of our country in order to expand, diversify and differ entiate their service portfolio , in addition to providing customer who visits the hotel a unique offering of its kind in the Varadero tourist resort . The development of this new service complements the existing supply in the SPA referred a literature review addressing similar themes and diag nosis of the current situation of th e hotel and the object of study , based on the application of methodologies for t he study and design of products . The natural product meets the needs of current demand and adjusted to the characteristics of the YHI SPA “A guas Frescas " Meliá Buena Vista being considered by the board of experts consulted as feasible to implement
