dc.description.abstractLa planificación de recursos humanos asociada a los servicios que brinda el aeropuerto internacional “Abel Santamaría Cuadrado” se ha realizado tradicionalmente, sobre la base de la experiencia de sus jefes de área en temporadas anteriores y en el área de manipulación de equipaje y limpieza de aeronave se ha aplicado una herramienta teórica con algunas limitaciones. Con el fin de superar esta insuficiencia la presente investigación propone la mejora e implementación de dicha herramienta capaz de planificar el capital humano en las áreas de servicio de tráfico, manipulación de equipaje y limpieza de aeronave, tomando como referencia el operacional de vuelos y los cambios en los escenarios de años anteriores. En aras de lograr este objetivo se realizó un diagnóstico detallado de cada una de las áreas donde se caracterizó cada operación, sistema y puesto de trabajo involucrado, haciendo énfasis en el trabajo operativo, las normas de tiempo de cada actividad y el aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral, teniéndose en cuenta los diferentes escenarios que se presentan en la institución y el crecimiento de vuelos por causa del auge del turismo en el país. Se realizó un estudio de tiempo a través de la fotografía individual detallada de cada operación en las áreas anteriormente mencionadas el cual arrojo las normas de tiempo necesarias para la aplicación de la herramienta y la elaboración de un diagrama de Gantt, además se analizó el comportamiento de la herramienta en escenarios futuros.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe planning of human resources associated to the services that offers the international airport "Abel Santamaría Cuadrado" has been made traditionally, on the base of the experience of the area`s boss in previous seasons and in the area of baggage manipulation and airship cleaning has been applied a theoretical tool with some deficiencies. With the purpose of overcoming this inadequacy the present investigation it proposes the improvement and implementation of this tool able to plan the human capital in the areas of traffic service, baggage manipulation and airship cleaning, making reference to the flight`s operational and the changes in the scenarios of previous years. For the sake of achieving this objective was developed a detailed diagnosis of every one of the areas where it was characterized each operation, system and involved work position, making emphasis in the operative work, the time norms of each activity and the exploitation of the work journey, taking into account the different scenarios that presented in the institution and the growth of flights caused by the boom of the tourism in the country. A study of time was made through the detailed individual photograph of every operation in the mentioned areas which returned the necessary time norms for the tool`s application and the development of the Gantt diagram; also the behavior of the tool in future scenarios was analyzed.en_US
