La gestión de la calidad sobresale como elemento clave para las empresas de servicios.
La Náutica Marlín Cienfuegos presenta dificultades en cuanto a su implementación, se
han detectan no conformidades en sus procesos. Actualmente, el Buceo Recreativo
aparece como el producto más deprimido. Las opciones que lo integran han padecido la
descomercialización por varios años. En la presente investigación se diagnostica la
situación actual de la marina y del proceso Buceo Recreativo. Además se llega a definir
un plan de mejora para contrarrestar los problemas identificados. Para ello, se utilizan
métodos cualitativos como la espina de pescado y, cuantitativos, como las listas de
chequeo. Como resultado, las conclusiones del estudio destacan la necesidad de
considerar las variadas opiniones sobre la gestión de la calidad dentro de la
organización y que la variable de marketing producto es la que más deficiencias
presenta dentro del Proceso Buceo Recreativo.

In the present investigation, the current situation of the marina and recreational skin-diving process is diagnosed and is achieved to define an improvement plan to counteract the problems identified. Qualitative methods such as the herringbone method, and the checklists were used during research. As the result, the study conclusion remarks the need to consider the varied opinions on the management of the quality within the Organization and that the variable of marketing product is one which has more deficiencies within the recreational skin-diving process.
