Resumen
La presente investigación parte del estudio de la Orientación Profesional
Pedagógica como un proceso intencionado, encaminado a la formación, desarrollo
y consolidación de motivaciones, intereses e intenciones que contribuyen al
desarrollo de la personalidad de los estudiantes para la autodeterminación
profesional. Como parte de la formación laboral investigativa se identifican
necesidades en la orientación profesional hacia carreras pedagógicas que inciden
en que los niveles de ingreso no sean los deseados en el nivel preuniversitario.
Se utilizan métodos del nivel teórico: analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo,
histórico-lógico, tránsito de lo abstracto a lo concreto, enfoque de sistema,
modelación, y del nivel empírico: el análisis de documentos, observación,
entrevista a profesor guía, directivos, encuesta a estudiantes, inventario de
problemas juveniles y la composición. La investigación propone un Grupo de
orientación que contribuya a la Orientación Profesional Pedagógica en estudiantes
del preuniversitario IPU ‟Combate de la Plata” desde los espacios de reflexión
grupal que favorecen la autodeterminación de los sujetos en interacción y en
dependencia del contexto social.
This research is based on the study of pedagogical professional guidance as an intentional process, aimed at the formation, development and consolidation of motivations, interests and intentions that contribute to the development of students' personality for professional self-determination. As part of the research work training, needs are identified in the professional orientation towards pedagogical careers that affect that the income levels are not what is desired at the pre-university level. In the study were used methods of the theoretical level: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical-logical, transition from the abstract to the concrete, system approach, modeling; at the empirical level: the analysis of documents, observation, interview with a guide teacher, managers, student survey, inventory of juvenile problems and composition. The research proposes an Orientation Group that contributes to the pedagogical professional orientation in students of the pre-university ‟Combate de la Plata” from the spaces of group reflection that favors the self-determination of the subjects in interaction and in dependence on the social context.
