Resumen
Se realiza una propuesta de organización, programación y presupuestación para la reconstrucción de la Derivadora “El Patio”, ubicada en Jatibonico, provincia de Sancti Espíritus. Inicialmente se obtuvieron los resultados de las investigaciones ingeniero geológicas efectuadas, seguidamente se procedió a la obtención y al estudio del proyecto técnico de organización de dicha obra ejecutado por la EPIH de VC y otros datos necesarios para poder confeccionar el proyecto ejecutivo de organización de la reconstrucción de la obra, considerando las maquinarias disponibles en la UEB “Leoncio Vidal”, de la ECOING 25 del MICONS de Villa Clara, cumpliendo con el reglamento vigente.
Definida la estrategia constructiva, se confeccionan los listados de actividades a ejecutar y se estimaron sus tiempos de duración, procediendo a la programación y al balance de los principales recursos empleando el MS PROJECT, para finalmente confeccionar el presupuesto de la reconstrucción utilizando el PRESWIN, para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de la obra hidráulica, su ejecución en el menor tiempo y costo, con la calidad establecida en su proyecto ejecutivo y en las normas técnicas vigentes en el país.
A proposal of organization, programming and budgeting is made for the reconstruction of the Derivadora "El Patio", located in Jatibonico, province of Sancti Spíritus. Initially the results of the geological engineer investigations were obtained, then proceeded to obtain and study the technical project of organization of said work executed by the EPIH VC and other necessary data to be able to prepare the executive project of organization of the reconstruction of the work, considering the machinery available in the UEB "Leoncio Vidal", of the ECOING 25 of the MICONS of Villa Clara, complying with the current regulations. Once the constructive strategy has been defined, the lists of activities to be executed are drawn up and their duration times were estimated, proceeding to the programming and the balance of the main resources using the MS PROJECT, to finally make the budget of the reconstruction using the PRESWIN, to ensure the proper functioning of the hydraulic work, its execution in the shortest time and cost, with the quality established in its executive project and in the technical standards in force in the country.
