Resumen
El presente trabajo de diploma se desarrolla en el centro histórico del municipio de San Juan de los Remedios, con el objetivo prioritario de elaborar un Sistema de Acciones la promoción del paisaje cultural que constituye el objeto de estudio, en función del desarrollo del Turismo Cultural. En este sentido se realizó un diagnóstico a partir del procedimiento de Ricaurte Quijano (2009), y entre las principales técnicas y/o métodos utilizados se encuentran el análisis documental, la observación directa, la entrevista semi-estructurada y la encuesta para la obtención, tratamiento y análisis de la información. Como principales resultados se obtuvieron que el paisaje cultural posee atractivos asociados a: los conjuntos urbanos, la arquitectura, rutas y caminos, eventos, festivales y museo, según la propuesta de clasificación de atractivos turísticos de Guanche (2015), que no se aprovechan adecuadamente, asimismo se constató la carencia de una desintegración de todos los elementos que componen el paisaje cultural.
The present diploma work is developed in the historical center of the municipality of San Juan of the Remedies, with the high-priority objective of elaborating a System of Actions the promotion of the cultural landscape that constitutes the study object, in function of the development of the Cultural Tourism. In this sense he/she was carried out a diagnosis starting from the procedure of Ricaurte Quijano (2009), and among the main ones technical and/or used methods are the documental analysis, the direct observation, the semi-structured interview and the survey for the obtaining, treatment and analysis of the information. As main results they were obtained that the the cultural landscape possesses attractiveness associated to: the urban groups, the architecture, routes and roads, events, festivals and museum, according to the proposal of classification of tourist attractiveness of Guanche (2015) that don't take advantage appropriately, also the lack of an integration of all the elements was verified that compose the cultural landscape.
