Resumen
La tendencia de clientes conocedores y exigentes de un servicio de alta calidad y personalizado, actualmente está en constante crecimiento, lo que evidencia la necesidad de incorporar profesionales con una excelente preparación en el sector del turismo que representen y pongan en valor la idiosincrasia de su país. Dentro de la cartera de productos que ofrece la Agencia de Viajes Cuba Autrement se encuentra la excursión “Santa Clara Autrement” que cuenta con recursos y atractivos para que los visitantes conozcan detalladamente los sucesos ocurridos durante la Batalla de Santa Clara. A pesar de esto los guías que conducen el producto tienen poco dominio de técnicas interpretativas y no existe un guión para el desarrollo de la actividad de guiaje en el recorrido. Por esta razón la presente investigación se centra en diseñar un guión metodológico como herramienta para que los guías conduzcan este recorrido guiado y apliquen técnicas de interpretación del patrimonio enriqueciendo las experiencias, disfrute y conocimientos de los clientes.
The tendency of renown clients and the demands of a high quality and personalised service, is in constant growth during recent times, which confirms the need to incorporate professionals with an excellent preparation in the tourism sector, that represents and also puts into value the idiosyncrasy of the country involved. Within the portfolio of products introduced by the Cuban Travel Agency Autrement, the “Santa Clara Autrement” excursion can be found, which includes a variety of resources and attractions for visitors to familiarise in detail the aftermath of the Battle of Santa Clara. Nevertheless, the guides that run this product have little dominance of the interpretive techniques and there is no existential guide per se for the development of the activity during the excursion. For that reason, the present investigation is centred upon the design of a methodological guidon as a tool, so that the guides can lead these travels and apply interpretive techniques of the heritage, enriching the new experiences, enjoying and also the knowledge of the clients involved.
