Análisis de la aplicación del Decreto 327 Reglamento del Proceso Inversionista en la Escuela Regional Marta Abreu perteneciente a la Dirección Municipal de Educación Santa Clara

Resumen
El siguiente trabajo es realizado en la Dirección Municipal de Educación Santa Clara (D.M.E S.C). En esta entidad está afectado el proceso inversionista debidos principalmente a la aplicación incorrecta del Decreto 327 Reglamento del Proceso Inversionista, unido a la no existencia de un sistema de medición que permita gestionar los proyectos de inversión, constituyen la causa principal de las afectaciones a la calidad de este proceso, es por ello la importancia de este trabajo al brindar un método de fácil utilización y que dota a los inversionistas del sector de conocimientos imprescindibles para la elaboración y control del plan de la economía de inicio a fin. Para ello se realizó un análisis del proceso en la Escuela Regional Martha Abreu.
Con el diagnóstico realizado a la aplicación del decreto 327/2015 Reglamento del Proceso Inversionista en la E/R Martha Abreu, se pudo verificar que existen ineficiencias en la calidad del proceso inversionista en general y que no existe ninguna herramienta para la medición de este proceso, quedando definidas las propuestas de mejora en función de disminuir estas dificultades y contribuyendo de manera eficiente al correcto monitoreo y desarrollo del mismo.

For it an analysis of the process in the School Regional Martha Abreu came true. With the diagnosis accomplished to the decree's application 327/2015 Regulations of the Investing Process in her And R Martha Abreu, it could be verified that there are inefficiencies in the quality of the investing process in general and that there is not any tools for the measurement of this process, getting defined the improving proposals in terms of decreasing these difficulties and contributing to from efficient way the correct monitoring and development of the same.
