Resumen
La desfavorable solución
arquitectónica alcanzada, luego de la
total incoherencia entre el diseño
inicial y el resultado constructivo
obtenido en la actual Plaza Cultural
500 Aniversario de la ciudad de
Sancti Spíritus, fue la causa
fundamental para la confección del
presente trabajo, donde se esboza
una nueva reanimación urbana, para
lograr la integración de todo el
espacio, enmarcada en un sector
poblacional de la ciudad. Para la
investigación se empleó el método
científico y se utilizó el nivel teórico y
empírico, se caracterizó el estado
actual donde se observó que existe
problemas estéticos, funcionales y
sociales. El proyecto resultará de
gran importancia, pues en toda esta
área se desarrollarán actividades
culturales de todo tipo donde juega
un incisivo papel la zona de
espectáculos, en la que participarán
grupos teatrales y musicales. La
plaza se hará extensiva concibiendo
zonas recreativas para distintas
edades y sitios de ocio con ofertas
gastronómicas a la población.
El trabajo se dividió en tres etapas, la
primera estuvo dedicada a la
elaboración del marco teórico, donde se analizaron características y
factores importantes para el diseño
urbano. En un segundo momento se
estudió el área y los espacios
laterales, como resultado se
obtuvieron las primeras ideas de
diseño, determinadas por una
propuesta que abarca solución
volumétrica y en planta de todo el
conjunto.
The unfavorable reached architectural solution, after the total incoherence among the initial design and the constructive result obtained in the current Square Cultural 500 Anniversary of the city of Sancti Spíritus, it was the fundamental cause for the making of the present work, where a new urban reanimación is sketched, to achieve the integration of the whole space, framed in a populational sector of the city. For the investigation the scientific method was used and the theoretical and empiric level was used, the current state was characterized where it was observed that it exists aesthetic, functional and social problems. The project will be of great importance, because in this whole area cultural activities of all type will be developed where it plays an incisive paper the area of shows, in which you/they will participate theatrical and musical groups. The square will become extensive conceiving recreational areas for different ages and leisure places with gastronomic offers to the population. The work was divided in three stages, the first one was dedicated to the elaboration of the theoretical mark, where they were analyzed characteristic and important factors for the urban design. In a second moment it was studied the area and the lateral spaces. As a result the first design ideas were obtained, determined by a proposal that it embraces solution volumétrica and in plant of the whole group.
