Resumen
La empresa comercializadora provincial de montacargas Moncar perteneciente a la provincia
de Villa Clara tiene como misión garantizar la logística al sector de transporte en beneficio
de un desarrollo próspero y sostenible y la seguridad del país y principalmente en la
provincia. Para llevar a cabo la comercialización de los montacargas que maneja la entidad,
surge la necesidad de desarrollar un sistema informático para automatizar la gestión de los
planes y contratos comerciales vinculados a la empresa y para mantener un control en tiempo
real de su estado. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo desarrollar un portal web para la facilidad
de la gestión de los servicios y productos de la UEB Moncar Centro realizando un estudio de
los servicios prestados y las labores que ejecutan. Como solución a este problema se realizó
un estudio exhaustivo del negocio y del proceso existente y se realizó el análisis y el diseño
de un sistema de gestión y control que permita mejorar la calidad y la fluidez del proceso
descrito. Se obtuvo una interfaz intuitiva y sencilla para obtener una mejor interacción y
manejo de los usuarios del software. Con el sitio web se logra que los usuarios puedan
interactuar con un portal web que constantemente esté ofreciéndoles un servicio real. El
portal web permite indicar a un trabajador potencial las opciones, los servicios y control que
ofrece la empresa actualmente, así como, indicar si dicha opción se encuentra disponible para ser utilizada.
The Moncar provincial forklift marketing company belonging to the province of Villa Clara's mission is to guarantee logistics to the transport sector for the benefit of a prosperous and sustainable development and the security of the country and mainly in the province. To carry out the commercialization of the forklifts managed by the entity, the need arises to develop a computer system to automate the management of commercial plans and contracts linked to the company and to maintain a real-time control of their status. The objective of this work is to develop a web portal for the ease of managing the services and products of the UEB Moncar Centro, carrying out a study of the services provided and the tasks they carry out. As a solution to this problem, an exhaustive study of the business and the existing process was carried out, and the analysis and design of a management and control system was carried out to improve the quality and fluidity of the described process. An intuitive and simple interface was obtained to obtain a better interaction and management of the software users. With the website it is achieved that users can interact with a web portal that is constantly offering them a real service. The web portal allows to indicate to a potential worker the options, services and control that the company currently offers, as well as to indicate if said option is available to be used.
