Resumen
El principal objetivo de una buena gestión de recursos humanos es el de alinear los
objetivos de la empresa con el de las personas que trabajan en ella, procurando siempre
que la empresa consiga sus objetivos mientras se garantiza el bienestar de todos los
trabajadores. Debido a la crisis epidemiológica actual que afecta al país y al resto del
mundo, unido al gran número de áreas que comprende la Empresa de
Telecomunicaciones de Cuba S.A. (ETECSA) se propone implementar una aplicación
que le permita gestionar efectivamente los planteamientos realizados por sus
trabajadores y a su vez minimizar el tiempo de respuesta que se les da a los mismos.
La aplicación es implementada mediante el uso de diferentes tecnologías actuales como
Django, Bootstrap, Celery, Redis, Docker, Nginx, Gunicorn y MariaDB; está basada en
una arquitectura Cliente/Servidor guiada por el patrón arquitectónico Modelo Vista
Controlador (MVC), asegurando de este modo su flexibilidad y extensibilidad.
