Resumen
El principal objetivo de este trabajo es el de confeccionar una metodología para
elaborara un diagnóstico detallado de la situación del hábitat en el municipio
estudiado, que integre la vivienda, los habitantes, así como un grupo de dimensiones que influyen y caracterizan el hábitat del territorio.
El trabajo constituye en sí un diagnóstico diferente de los realizados anteriormente, ya que cuenta con una herramienta diseñada por los investigadores de la UCLV, que aborda los aspectos relativos a la situación del hábitat, y busca la forma de llegar a vías de soluciones eficaces.
El trabajo atraviesa una serie de etapas; en la primera se hace una revisión
bibliográfica buscando conceptos contemporáneos para adentrarnos en el tema
de la gestión local del hábitat; en la segunda etapa se hace una investigación de
la evolución histórica del municipio, en cuanto a evolución de la población, la
vivienda, la infraestructura y los servicios y otros temas de interés que son
precursores del hábitat que hoy caracteriza al municipio; como tercera etapa se
hace un diagnóstico estratégico del municipio basado en la guía elaborada por
los investigadores de la UCLV; y como última etapa se resumen la potencialidades y limitaciones que presenta el territorio.
Los resultados finales indican cual es la situación del municipio y abarca las
posibilidades que tiene el mismo para darle una respuesta local a los problemas
que en materia de hábitat presenta, y así las autoridades locales puedan definir
una adecuada solución estratégica.
The main objective of this work is the one of making a methodology for it elaborated a detailed diagnosis of the situation of the habitat in the studied municipality that integrates the housing, the inhabitants, as well as a group of dimensions that you/they influence and they characterize the habitat of the territory. The work constitutes in yes a diagnosis different from those carried out previously, since bill with a tool designed by the investigators of the UCLV that it approaches the relative aspects to the situation of the habitat, and it looks for the form of arriving to roads and effective solutions. The work crosses a series of stages; in the first one a bibliographical revision is made looking for contemporary concepts to go into in the topic of the local administration of the habitat; in the second stage an investigation of the historical evolution of the municipality is made, as for the population's evolution, the housing, the infrastructure and the services and other topics of interest that are precursory of the habitat that today characterizes to the municipality; as third stage it is made an I diagnose strategic of the municipality based on the guide elaborated by the investigators of the UCLV; and as last stage summary the potentialities and limitations that it presents the territory. The final results indicate which it is the situation of the municipality and sandal the possibilities that he/she has the same one to give a local answer to the problems that it presents as regards habitat, and the local authorities can define this way an appropriate strategic solution.
