“Soluciones tecnológicas para nuevos edificios de apartamentos en el centro de Santa Clara”.

Abstract

La presente investigación propone el estudio de las soluciones tecnológicas presentes en la etapa de diseño para la inserción nuevos edificios de apartamento en el centro urbano compacto de la ciudad de Santa Clara, para ello se implementó una herramienta evaluativa que validara, mediante el método Delphi para la consulta de expertos, un sistema de parámetros, atributos e indicadores y que su vez estos estuviesen condicionados por el contexto y los requerimientos de habitabilidad de la zona objeto de estudio, con el objetivo fundamental de proponer recomendaciones para su diseño.The present investigation proposes the study of the technological existent solutions in the desing stage for the insertion of new apartment‘s buildings in the urban compact center of Santa Clara city, for that reason was implemented an evaluation tool validated by the Delphi method for experts consultation. This will be done through a system of parameters, attributes and indicators that, at the same time, will be conditioned for the context and the requests of habitability in the objective study zone, to achieve the final goal which is the proposal of designing recommendations.
