Resumen
El proceso de compatibilización del desarrollo económico – social del país con los intereses de l a defensa abarca varias esferas de la economía nacional. En ese sentido, el artículo 108 de l a Ley No. 75 de l a Defensa Nacional establece que los órganos y organismos estatales, las entidades económicas e instituciones sociales que respondan por inversiones, adquisición y producción de equipos, prestación de ser vicios y realización de otras producciones, estudios e investigaciones científico – técnicas están sujetos al proceso de compatibilización. En el presente trabajo solo se aborda la compatibilización de las inversiones constructivas con los intereses de la defensa por l a importancia que tiene para la elaboraci ón de proyectos arquitectónicos. Para ello se dan a conocer aspectos y características que deben tener en cuenta inversionistas, proyectistas y ejecutores para el diseño de obras compatibles con la Defensa, establecidos en los documentos rectores con el objetivo de lograr el cumplimiento de los requerimientos que imponen los órganos de la Defensa en las inversiones constructivas. A partir de la definición de dichos aspectos y requerimientos para cada tema arquitectónico referido en el trabajo se ll ega a la conclusión que la mayor importancia es adquirida por la vivienda en todas sus modalidades (unifamiliar y multifamiliar), por lo que se hace necesario que ella exista la capacidad de brindar protección familiar ante cual quier eventualidad a fin de mantener la vitalidad del potencial humano. Para ello se emiten una serie de soluciones y recomendaciones de diseño no solo en las nuevas construcciones sino adaptando local es existentes para obra protectora; adquiriendo la característica de doble uso desde tiempo de paz para su posteri or mantenimiento y conservación.

Presently alone work is approached the [ compatibilización] of the constructive investments with the interests of the defense for the importance that has for the elaborat ion of architectural projects. They for this are made known aspects and characteri stics that they should keep i n mi nd investors, planners and executioners for the desi gn of compati bl e works with the Defensa, established in the documents rector s with the obj ective of achi eving the execution of the requirements that they impose the organs of the defense in the constructive i nvestments. Starting from the defi nit ion of statements aspects and requi rements for each architectural topic referred i n the work are arrived to the conclusi on that the old importance is acquired for the housing in all their modalit i es ([unfamiliar] and [multifamily]), for what it i s made necessary that she exi sts the capacity to offer family protecti on in the face of any eventuality in order to maintaining the vi tality of the human potential.
