Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como título "propuesta de Estructura para la Recopilación y Análisis de las variables que intervienen en el Diagnóstico Integral del Hábitat y su aplicación en el municipio Jatibonico", determinando como objetivo el perfeccionar y actualizar el diagnóstico municipal del Hábitat humano aplicando un procedimiento de trabajo que permite estructurar la forma de obtención y presentación de la información que se adquiere mediante la herramienta actual y demuestre su viabilidad como instrumento para optimizar la gestión de los gobiernos locales. Se exponen los factores determinantes en la evolución histórica del hábitat en el municipio Jatibonico y se analiza la herramienta actual en cada una de las dimensiones a evaluar; tomando de punto de partida el diagnóstico del año 2014 aplicado en la localidad de estudio y la guía para la implementación del diagnóstico en el presente año 2015. De manera que se reestructure este por escalas a niveles Municipal, de Asentamientos Humanos e Inmueble. Culminando con una demostración de la herramienta propuesta en la presente investigación para el Diagnóstico Integral del Hábitat en las municipalidades.
This research is untitled “Proposal of Structure for the Compiling and Analysis of Variables that Take Part in the Integral Diagnosis of the Habitat and its Application in the Municipality of Jatibonico.” The objective of this work is to improve and update the diagnosis of the human habitat in the mentioned municipality by means of the application of a working procedure that allows structuring the way of obtaining and presenting the information acquired through an updating instrument that shows its viability as a way to optimize the work of local governments. The determinant factors of a historical evolution of the habitat in the municipality are shown and these factors are analyzed by the updated instrument in each dimension to be evaluated taking as starting point, the diagnosis applied in the municipality of Jatibonico in 2014 and the guidelines for the application of the diagnosis in 2015, in such a way that it will be restructured according to some graded levels such as municipality, human settlement and real estate. The work ends with a demonstrative application of the instrument proposed in this research to be applied in the Integral Diagnosis of the Habitat in the municipalities.
