Resumen
Dentro de la extensa gama de servicios que brinda ETECSA se encuentra la comercialización de productos y accesorios telefónicos en todos los municipios de la provincia a través de los Centros Multiservicios o del Telepunto en el caso de Santa Clara, lo cual se realiza actualmente sin el respaldo de un Sistema de Gestión de Inventarios (S.G.I) que garantice la eficacia y eficiencia requerida por los clientes y la propia entidad.
Es por ello que en la presente investigación se propone un Procedimiento General para el diseño e implementación de un S.G.I en dicho centro. El mismo fue complementado con dos procedimientos específicos: para el análisis de la situación actual del objeto de estudio y para la previsión de la demanda futura, apoyados en tres aplicaciones en Microsoft Excel elaboradas como parte de la investigación y dos software profesionales (WinQSB y Statgraphic Plus).
Para la realización del estudio se emplearon métodos y técnicas tales como: entrevistas, observación directa, revisión documental, elaboración de gráficos y tablas, trabajo con expertos, entre otros. Como resultado se obtuvo el diseño e implementación parcial del S.G.I de los productos para la venta con lo que se pretende elevar el nivel de servicio al cliente y disminuir los costos de inventario
Inside the extensive range of services that ETECSA toasts is the commercialization of products and phone accessories in all the municipalities of the county through the Centers Multiservicios or of Telepunto in the case of Santa Clara, that which is carried out at the moment without the back of a System of Management of Inventories (S.M.I) that guarantees the effectiveness and efficiency required by the clients and the own entity. It is hence that in the present investigation its intends a General Procedure for the design and implementation of a (S.M.I) in this center. The same one was supplemented with two specific procedures: for the analysis of the current situation of the study object and for the forecast of the future demand, supported in three applications in Microsoft Excel elaborated as part of the investigation and two software professionals (WinQSB and Statgraphic Plus). For the realization of the study methods were used and technical such as: you interview, direct observation, documental revision, elaboration of graphics and charts, work with experts, amongother. As a result it was obtained the design and partial implementation of S.M.I of the products for the sale with what seeks to rise the level of service to the client and to diminish the inventory costs.
