Resumen
El siguiente trabajo de diploma tuvo como objetivo general desarrollar una propuesta de intervención que ayude a disminuir la violencia escolar en las escuelas “Ignacio Rolando Abreu”; “Juan Oscar Alvarado” y “Antonio Aúcar” de la ciudad de Santa Clara. Para poder confeccionar dicha propuesta se tuvo que realizar un diagnóstico de las principales manifestaciones de violencia y los respectivos escenarios en los colegios ya mencionados. Generando las siguientes conclusiones diagnósticas: La violencia psicológica es la de mayor predominancia en el ámbito escolar. La violencia entre iguales mayormente es física y verbal, donde se manifiesta la falta de respeto entre los mismos compañeros. La violencia ejercida por parte del profesor hacia el alumnado mayormente es verbal, como forma disuasoria cuando el adolescente incumple las órdenes o por actos de indisciplina. Partiendo de estas conclusiones diagnósticas, es que se elaboró el programa de intervención de la violencia escolar (PIVE) y posteriormente fue presentado a una valoración de expertos en el tema.
The general objective of the following investigation was, involved the suggestions to develop an intervention which would help in the decrease in school violence in the following schools namely, “Ignacio Rolando Abreu”; “Juan Oscar Alvarado” y “Antonio Aúcar” in the city of Santa Clara. Diagnoses of the various manifestations of violence were taken into consideration in order to come up with the stated recommendations and the different scenarios which had already been mentioned in the colleges above. The following diagnosis was derived. Psychological violence is the worst predominance in the school environment. Violence amongst peers where verbal and fiscal abuse is visible. Verbal violence could also be noted by professor towards students when trying to discipline or enforce an order to a teenager Apart from the concluded diagnosis, a program of intervention (PIVE) was hinted. The suggested program brought before a panel of experts to be evaluated and was approved.
