Resumen
Gran parte de nuestra existencia transcurre en el marco de las instituciones laborales, donde el hombre se desempeña tanto en su rol profesional como en todas las aristas de la vida (holísticamente), de ahí la importancia de ir perfeccionando su desempeño laboral y fomentar el crecimiento personal de cada individuo; para lo cual los programas educativos de capacitación son una opción con alto grado de eficacia.
En la investigación que sirve de base a la presente tesis se analizan aspectos referentes a las organizaciones y empresas familiares, sus características y principales problemáticas, así como aspectos relacionados a la comunicación organizacional; y de forma más general se sientan las bases teóricas para la confección y diseño de la intervención psicoeducativa. La presente investigación centra sus objetivos en desarrollar una propuesta de intervención psico-educativa encaminada a capacitar a los coordinadores de la empresa FCI en comunicación organizacional, para la realización de la misma el investigador se apoya en el paradigma metodológico de investigación-acción ya que se ajusta a las características del contexto organizacional y a las necesidades de sus recursos humanos.
Para realizar el diagnóstico de necesidades educativas se emplearon técnicas tales como la entrevista individual y grupal, la encuesta y la observación. Una vez determinadas estas necesidades, se prosiguió al diseño de la propuesta de intervención psicoeducativa la cual está constituida por 12 sesiones desarrolladas a través de talleres que favorecen un acercamiento desde los problemas concretos del marco empresarial, detectados en la exploración, apoyado por las técnicas participativas de trabajo grupal que posibilitan espacios de análisis y reflexión en la búsqueda de soluciones para mejorar el desempeño de los coordinadores de FCI en el dominio de la comunicación organizacional y en sentido general influir positivamente en la dinámica empresarial.
Finalmente la propuesta es evaluada por un grupo de especialistas, los cuales concuerdan con la pertinencia y eficacia de la intervención para influir sobre la realidad que pretende mejorar.

In the research that underlies this thesis aspects concerning organizations and family businesses, their characteristics and main problems and issues related to organizational communication are discussed; and more generally the theoretical basis for the preparation and design of educational intervention sit. This research aims focused on developing a proposal for psycho-educational intervention to train the coordinators of the company FCI in organizational communication, to perform the same researcher relies on the methodological paradigm of action research as it reflects the nature of organizational context and needs of their human resources. To make the diagnosis of educational needs techniques such as individual and group interviews, survey and observation were used. After determining these needs, he continued to design the proposal of educational intervention which consists of 12 sessions developed through workshops that favor an approach from the concrete problems of the business environment, detected in the examination, supported by participatory techniques group work spaces that enable analysis and reflection in the search for solutions to improve the performance of FCI coordinators in the field of organizational communication and in general positively influence the business dynamics. Finally, the proposal is evaluated by a group of experts, who agree with the relevance and effectiveness of the intervention to influence the reality that aims to improve.
