Resumen
El presente trabajo está encaminado al estudio de los indicadores de gestión como una
herramienta para el proceso de toma de decisiones del personal de dirección en el Grupo
Empresarial Agroindustrial de Villa Clara, perteneciente al Ministerio de la Industria
Azucarera, la cual ha sufrido cambios organizativos muy profundos debido al bajo precio
de la azúcar en el mercado mundial .El trabajo consta de tres capítulos ,en el primero se
muestra el marco teórico referencial de la investigación en curso , plasmando una serie de
conceptos e ideas relacionadas con la temática que se aborda en el mundo y en especial
en la industria azucarera cubana . En el segundo capítulo se realiza un diagnóstico de las
características del personal de dirección de la entidad, a través del análisis de aspectos de
gran repercusión en la situación actual del proceso de toma de decisiones de estos
directivos. En el capítulo tres se aplica la metodología general para el establecimiento de
indicadores de gestión. Se exponen un grupo de conclusiones parciales en cada uno de
los capítulos y al final un conjunto de conclusiones generales y recomendaciones
dirigidas fundamentalmente a facilitar el proceso de toma de decisiones estratégicas para
el personal de dirección en dicha organización. En el trabajo se muestran también un
grupo de anexos, dentro de los cuales se encuentran un variado grupo de modelos
organizativos para el estudio diagnóstico organizacional.
The present work is directed to the study of the indicators of management as a tool for the process of capture of decisions of the personnel of direction in the Managerial Agroindustrial Group of Villa Clara, belonging to the Department of the Sugar Industry, which has suffered organizational very deep changes due to the low price of the sugar on the world market. The work consists of three chapters, in the first one there appears the theoretical referential frame of the investigation in process, forming a series of concepts and ideas related to the subject matter that is approached in the world and especially in the sugar Cuban industry. In the second chapter there is realized a diagnosis of the characteristics of the personnel of direction of the entity, across the analysis of aspects of great repercussion in the current situation of the process of capture of decisions of these executives. In the chapter three the general methodology is applied for the establishment of indicators of management. There are exposed a group of partial conclusions in each of the chapters and ultimately a set of general conclusions and recommendations directed fundamentally to facilitating the process of capture of strategic decisions for the personnel of direction in the above mentioned organization. In the work there appear also a group of annexes, inside which there are a varied group of organizational models for the diagnostic study organizational.
