Resumen
La investigación se realizó en el hotel “Las Cuevas- La Ronda” con categoría tres estrellas, ubicado en
Trinidad perteneciente a la compañía de hoteles Cubanacán, con el objetivo de diseñar los perfiles de
competencia de los puestos de trabajo del área de alimentos y bebidas. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la
situación actual de la gestión de recursos humanos como base para elaborar los perfiles de
competencias. Entre las principales técnicas y/o métodos utilizados para la investigación se encuentran
el análisis documental, la observación directa, las entrevistas individuales, las encuestas a directivos y
empleados, las cuales mostraron su eficiencia en este tipo de estudio.
El procedimiento general utilizado es el Delphi por rondas, propuesto por Cuesta Santos. Pues es
aplicable a todo el sistema empresarial cubano y tiene en cuenta los requisitos expuestos en la NC -
3000/07. Este procedimiento podrá ser aplicado con posterioridad a los restantes puestos y cargos de
la organización, en otros hoteles, entidades turísticas y empresas en general.
La investigación permitirá una conexión técnico – organizativa entre las actividades claves de la
gestión de recursos humanos y a su vez superará los actuales contenidos de trabajo existentes.
The investigation was carried out in "Las Cuevas-La Ronda" hotels, with have three stars category, located in Trinidad and belonging to the company of Cubanacán hotels and it has objtive to design the profiles of competition of the positions of work of food and drinks area. It was carried out a diagnosis of the current situation of the administration of human resources as a base to elaborate the profiles of competitions. Among the main techniques and/or methods used for the investigation are the documental analysis, the direct observation, and the individual interviews, the surveys to directives and employees, which showed their efficiency in this study type. The general procedure used is the Delphi for beats, proposed by Cuestas Santos. It is applicable to the whole cuban managerial system and it takes into account the requirements exposed in the NC - 3000/07. This procedure will be able to be applied with posteriority to the remaining positions and positions of the organization. The investigation will allow a technician – organizational connection among the key activities of the administration of human resources and in turn it will overcome the current existent work contents.
