Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo se centra en establecer la evaluación de la conformidad del
procedimiento de Gestión de Proyectos de CIT en la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las
Villas, diseñar y aplicar un procedimiento con las herramientas que faciliten la evaluación de la
conformidad de los proyectos en gestión contra el procedimiento mencionado; enfocando los
esfuerzos sobre los problemas fundamentales y la toma de medidas en base a ellos.
Por otra parte se realiza una revisión bibliográfica sobre los aspectos relacionados con el tema, la
cual permite profundizar en los conceptos a tratar en el trabajo. Además se hace una
caracterización general de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas y el estado de la
actividad de la gestión de proyectos en la universidad.
Para llevar a cabo este trabajo investigativo y lograr los objetivos propuestos, se emplearon las
técnicas de análisis y recopilación de datos, trabajo con expertos, etc., cada una de ellas fue
empleada en las distintas etapas de la investigación hasta obtener el objetivo final que posibilitó la
realización de la misma.
This investigative Project is centered in establishing the evaluation of the conformity of the procedures of the Management of Projects of the CIT in the Central University ¨Marta Abreu¨ of the Villages, to design and apply a procedure with the tools that facilitate the evaluation of the conformity of the management projects against the procedures mentioned; focusing all efforts in the fundamental problems and the measures taken in this area. A bibliographic revision is carried out concerning the key aspects related to the topic, this facilitates a profound study of each concept specified in this investigation. Also, a general characterization of the Central University ¨Marta Abreu¨ of the Villages and of the state of the management activities of the projects is done. To carry out this investigative project and to achieve the objectives proposed, the following techniques were used; analysis technique, recollection of data, work with experts, etc., each one was used in the different stages of the investigation until the final objective was achieved that made this project possible.
