Resumen
Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación han alcanzado gran auge en el mundo. A esta realidad no ha escapado Cuba, que siendo un país bloqueado ha sabido potenciar el desarrollo de los recursos humanos en función de lograr la informatización de la sociedad pues esta representa una herramienta esencial para el desarrollo económico y social. Dado el desarrollo de este proceso en el país se decide realizar esta investigación, la cual tiene como objetivo diseñar un Sitio Web que permita recopilar, analizar, publicar y darle vida útil al cúmulo de información estadística y científico técnica que se atesora en el municipio. Para ello se realizó el estudio de diversos materiales que permiten conocer las fases para el diseño, los elementos esenciales que debe tener un sitio web, así como el gestor de páginas web que es más adecuado emplear en este caso. Como resultado de esto se decidió emplear como gestor de páginas web el software de código abierto Wordpress por las facilidades que brinda para la edición de las mismas sin la necesidad de emplear mucho código de fuente. Una vez finalizada la misma se pudo concluir que la misma servirá de herramienta para ser empleada por estudiantes e investigadores a la hora de realizar sus trabajos de curso, en investigaciones sociales y a para conocer qué está pasando en el municipio referente al aspecto científico técnico, así como de los eventos y actividades científicas que se desarrollen en el territorio.
The Technologies of the Information and the Communication have reached great peak in the world. To this reality have not escaped Cuba, which being a blocked country it has known to promote the development of the human resources in function of achieving the computerization of the society because this it represent an essential tool for the economic and social development. Given the development of this process in our country is decided to carry out this investigation, which has like objective design a Website that permits to collect, analyze, publish and give you useful life to the heap of information statistical and scientific technique that is stored in our. For it was carried out the study of diverse materials that they allowed us to know the phases for the design, the essential elements that it should have a website, as well as the managing of websites that is more appropriate use in our case. As a result of this was decided to use the software of open code Wordpress for the facilities that offers for the edition of the same the necessity of using much code of source. Once concluded the same could conclude that the same will be used as tool to be used for students and investigators to the hour of carrying out their works of course, in social investigations and to in order to know what technical scientist is passing in the municipality with respect to the aspect, as well as of the events and scientific activities that are developed in the territory.
