Procedimiento para la categorización hotelera en el Hotel Club Amigo Ancón de Trinidad

Resumen
El crecimiento del turismo en Cuba influye directamente en el desarrollo económico y social del país por lo que se ha convertido en un reto, para este sector, elevar la calidad de los servicios a través del cumplimiento de los estándares y regulaciones establecidos para la industria turística. La NC 127:2014 establece los requisitos que deben cumplir las instalaciones de alojamiento turístico para la clasificación por categorías y plantea que los hoteles que se encontraban en explotación antes de la edición de dicha norma deben ser objeto de un cuidadoso análisis para actualizar la categoría que ostentan. El hotel Club Amigo Ancón perteneciente a la cadena Cubanacán se ha enfrentado a disimiles cambios a través de los años de explotación por lo que requiere actualizar su categoría como exige la norma. En la bibliografía consultada no aparecen referencias de procedimientos para diagnósticos de este tipo, el cual contenga el análisis de los documentos rectores de la cadena y la marca. Es por ello que en la investigación se diseña un procedimiento de diagnóstico que posibilitó determinar la situación real del hotel Club Amigo Ancón, basado en el cumplimiento de NC 127: 2014 y en correspondencia con los manuales de operación de la cadena y la marca, así como sentar las bases para la implementación de acciones de mejoras en dicha institución.
The growth of the tourism in Cuba influences the cost-reducing and social development of the country directly so that it has become a challenge, for this sector, raising the quality of the services through the fulfillment of the standards and regulations established for the tourist industry. The NC 127:2014 establishes the requirements that should fulfill the installations of tourist accommodation for the calification for categories and the fact that the hotels that they were finding in exploitation before the edition of the aforementioned standard should be object of a careful analysis to update the category that they show off presents. The hotel Club Amigo Ancon perteneciente to the Cubanacán chain has faced dissimilar changes to crosswise of the years of exploitation, that's why it requires to update its category like the standard demands. How-to references for suchlike diagnoses, which do not appear in the looked up bibliography contain the analysis of the ruling documents of the chain and the check mark. It is for it than Club Amigo designs a procedure of diagnosis that made it possible to determine the real situation of the hotel itself in investigation Ancon, based in NC 127: 2014 fulfillment and in order to the operation manuals of the chain and mark, as well as laying the foundations for the implementation of improvements actions at the aforementioned institution.
