Resumen
El envejecimiento poblacional constituye hoy en día uno de los problemas más
importantes de nuestro país y Villa Clara es una de las provincias más afectadas,
por eso constituye una tarea primordial atender las dificultades que se presentan
en este grupo poblacional y darle soluciones prácticas, nuestro trabajo como
profesionales de la Cultura Física está encaminado a facilitar la vida a estas
personas, permitiéndoles valerse por sí mismos y no sentirse como un estorbo
para su familia y la sociedad. Se define como problema científico: ¿Cómo evaluar
de forma sencilla las deficiencias de la marcha en el adulto mayor en el Hogar de
Ancianos # 4 de Santa Clara?, declarando como sistema de objetivo: Diagnosticar
las deficiencias de la marcha en el adulto mayor; aplicar test neuromuscular en los
miembros inferiores, relacionar el estado neuromuscular de los miembros
inferiores con las deficiencias de la marcha y valorar la efectividad del test
neuromuscular, en la atención a las deficiencias de la marcha. Durante el
proceso de investigación se utilizan diferentes métodos científicos. Su aplicación
permitió declarar que el test neuromuscular investigado puede ser empleado
como una herramienta de campo por el profesional de la Cultura Física, para
determinar el estado en los músculos de los miembros inferiores, implicados en la
marcha sin necesidad de recurrir a la tecnología
The population aging constitutes today in day one of the most important problems in our country and Villa Clara it is one of the counties more affected for that reason it constitutes a primordial task to assist the different difficulties that are presented to these people and to give him you solve practical, for this reason our work as professional of the Physical Culture should go guided to facilitate the life to these people so that they can be been worth by themselves and they don't feel as a nuisance for its family and the society. In the investigation is defined as scientific problem: How to evaluate in a simple way the deficiencies of the march in the biggest adult, old man Home #4 of Santa Clara, declaring as objective system: diagnosing the deficiencies of the march in the biggest adult, old man Home #4 of Santa Clara. appling test neuromuscular in the biggest adult's inferior members. Correlating the state neuromuscular of the inferior members with the deficiencies of the march in the biggest adult. To value the effectiveness of the test neuromuscular, in the attention to the deficiencies of the march, in the biggest adult. In the investigation process different scientific methods are used: of the theoretical level: the analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive. Inside the empiric methods they were used: the documental revision, mensuration and the analysis biomechanics starting from a technical filming as mathematical statistical method: correlation estadístic. Su application allowed to know the coincidence points among the test and to create a field tool for the professional of the Physical Culture that allows him to know the state of the muscles implied in the march without necessity of appealing to the technology.
