Resumen
En la presente investigación se aborda la utilización de los juegos para el
mejoramiento de las habilidades motrices básicas de correr, lanzar y atrapar en
los alumnos de primer grado en la escuela “Hurtado de Mendoza”; para ello se
parte de la aplicación de un diagnóstico inicial, así como de la experiencia que
posee la investigadora como profesora de esta institución, lo que permitió
identificar deficiencias en la ejecución de las habilidades mencionadas. Para
resolver la situación se utilizaron métodos científicos que permitieron consultar
estudios realizados por varios autores extranjeros y nacionales sobre el tema
investigado, de esta manera se realizó la selección y aplicación de ocho juegos
dirigidos a mejorar las dificultades encontradas en las clases de Educación
Física. Se presenta una obra escrita en la que se evidencia la correcta
aplicación de los juegos, lo que permitió influir de forma positiva en los sujetos
investigados. Finalmente se realizaron valoraciones sobre el proceso
investigativo, en las que se destacan los cambios positivos ocurridos en el
transcurso de la investigación sobre los indicadores afectados en las
habilidades detectadas con problemas; posteriormente se arribó a conclusiones
y recomendaciones claras y precisas.
In the present research the use of the games is approached for the improvement of the basic motricity abilities of running, throwing and catching in the students of first grade in Hurtado de Mendoza" primary school; it is made from the application of an initial diagnosis, as well as of the experience that the investigator possesses as a teacher of this institution, what allowed to identify deficiencies in the execution of the mentioned abilities. To solve the situation, scientific methods were used, that allowed to consult studies carried out by several foreign and national authors on the investigated topic, this way the selection and application of eight games was carried out directed to improve the difficulties founded in the Physical Education classes. A work is presented written where the correct application of the games is evidenced, what allowed to influence in a positive way in the investigated fellows. Finally valuations on the investigative process were carried out, in those that stand out the positive changes occurred in the course of the investigation on the indicators affected in the abilities detected with problems; later on got to conclusions and clear and precise recommendations.
