Resumen
La tramitación penal en un Tribunal Popular Provincial es una actividad compleja
y a la vez de gran relevancia social, por lo que es fundamental la fiabilidad y la
agilidad del mismo. La Ley Procesal Penal determina un conjunto de trámites,
los que requieren reiteradamente información sobre las partes del proceso
(acusados, testigos, abogados, etc.) y sobre sus características y circunstancias
(delitos, agravantes, atenuantes, pruebas, etc.), además del manejo de términos
y otros cálculos requeridos. Durante los últimos años nuestra facultad ha estado
desarrollando un sistema para este fin, y con el presente trabajo se dio solución
a los problemas detectados durante la fase de prueba del mismo, y se
completaron los requerimientos funcionales del sistema.
The penal transaction in a Provincial Popular Court is a complex activity and simultaneously of great social relevance, reason why it is fundamental the reliability and the agility of the same one. The Penal Procedural Law determines a set of proceedings, those that repeatedly require information on the parts of the process (accused, witnesses, lawyers, etc.) and on its characteristics and circumstances (crimes, aggravating, extenuating, tests, etc.), in addition to the handling of terms and other required calculations. During the last years our faculty has been developing a system for this aim, and with the present work solution to the problems detected during the phase of test of the same one occurred, and it completed the functional requirements of the system.
