Resumen
El trabajo consiste en el diseño e implementación del Portal Web de la Dirección de Recursos Humanos de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas y sus servicios, utilizando la tecnología Open Source. Con el desarrollo de este Portal Web se logra vincular al personal de las distintas áreas de la Dirección de Recursos Humanos con el gran volumen de información que se maneja, el cual se inserta como una de sus herramientas de trabajo. Este Portal Web, brinda una serie de servicios a la Intranet de la UCLV posibilitando una mayor eficiencia en su gestión, partiendo de la idea de que el máximo responsable de la gestión de los Recursos Humanos es el jefe de cada área de la Dirección de Recursos Humanos.
The work consists in designing and implementing the Web Portal for Direction of Human Resources of the Central University “Marta Abreu” of Las Villas and its services, utilizing Open Source technology. With the development of this portal one is able to link the personnel from the different areas of the Direction of Human Resources with the great volume of information that is handled, which is inserted as one of its work tools. This Web Portal offers a series of services to the intranet of the Central University “Marta Abreu” of Las Villas making it possible greater efficiency in it's administration, parting from the idea that the person most responsible for the administration of Human Resources is the head of each area of the Direction.
