Estrategia de crecimiento con enfoque integrador y sistémico para el destino turístico regional Villa Clara

Abstract

El turismo es una analogía establecida entre tiempo, recursos y espacio que puede provocar un desarrollo local. Es, sin dudas, una actividad que transforma sustancialmente la región. La planificación estratégica territorial en un instrumento de valía en la toma de decisiones y la gestión del turismo en las regiones. Por ello en el complejo fenómeno turístico se entrelazan cuestiones tanto de carácter sectorial como territorial. En Cuba, el turismo es una de las ramas que mayores ingresos aporta a la economía nacional, por lo cual, es importante concentrarse en su óptimo funcionamiento. El destino Villa Clara debe desarrollar nuevos espacios y territorios asumiendo la fuerza de atractividad, que poseen muchos recursos, a favor del crecimiento regional del destino, encaminando siempre los esfuerzos a una gestión integradora. Por ello el objetivo general de la investigación es diseñar la estrategia de crecimiento con enfoque integrador y sistémico, basada en el ciclo de vida para el destino turístico regional Villa Clara a partir de un estudio de la bibliografía y el diagnóstico de la situación actual del destino. Componen el grupo de métodos utilizados en el proceso investigativo: el análisis y la síntesis, la inducción y la deducción, la entrevista y la observación. Tourism is an established analogy between time, resources and space that can lead to local development. It is, without doubt, an activity that substantially transforms the region. Territorial strategic planning in an instrument of value in the decision-making and management of tourism in the regions. Therefore, in the complex tourism phenomenon, both sectoral and territorial issues are intertwined. In Cuba, tourism is one of the branches that provides the greatest income to the national economy, which is why it is important to concentrate on its optimal functioning. The destination Villa Clara must develop new spaces and territories assuming the force of attractiveness, which have many resources, in favor of the regional growth of the destination, always directing the efforts to an integrative management. Therefore, the general objective of the research is to design the growth strategy with an integrative and systemic approach, based on the life cycle for the Villa Clara regional tourist destination, based on a study of the bibliography and the diagnosis of the current situation of the destination. . They make up the group of methods used in the research process: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, interviewing and observation.
