Diagnóstico urbano arquitectónico de la vivienda en asentamientos rurales de montaña

Abstract

El primer capítulo contiene un estudio detallado sobre diferentes problemáticas y características que se manifiestan en la vivienda en asentamientos montañosos, que han tomado fuerza en la actualidad, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Se elabora un análisis conceptual y de criterios de la situación del hábitat y la vivienda rural, sus problemáticas y sus posibles soluciones teniendo en cuenta un desarrollo sustentable y equilibrado entre el habitante rural y su comunidad. Además se emplean un grupo de criterios de selección para la muestra de estudio, los cuales influyen en la urbanización y migración en el hábitat rural de montaña, el impacto de la pobreza, el uso apropiado de las técnicas y materiales empleados, así como los servicios de calidad de vida para elaborar un Modelo de Análisis para el diagnóstico de las viviendas rurales de montaña. En el segundo capítulo se aplica el Modelo Diagnóstico el cual a través de un conjunto de dimensiones, variables e índices expone la situación real de los asentamientos seleccionados, de acuerdo a sus características específicas. En el capítulo tres, a partir del análisis y síntesis de la información obtenida en el diagnóstico se identifican, primeramente, las regularidades en los tres asentamientos de montaña estudiados y a partir de esto se proponen recomendaciones para mejorar el diseño arquitectónico y urbano de la vivienda rural de montaña. The first chapter contains a detailed study on different problematic and characteristics that are manifested in the housing in mountainous establishments, topic that has acquired importance at the present time, in national and international level. A conceptual analysis is elaborated and an approach of the situation of the habitat and the rural housing, its problems and its possible solutions keeping in mind a sustainable and balanced development between the rural residents and its community. Also are used a group of selection lines, which influence in the urbanization and migration in the rural habitat of mountain, the impact of the poverty, the appropriate use of the techniques and materials employees and the quality services of life to elaborate a Model of Analysis for the diagnosis of the rural housings of mountain. In the second chapter the Diagnostic Model´s is applied which exposes the real situation of the selected establishments through a group of dimensions, variables and indexes, according to their specific characteristics. The chapter third starting from the analysis and synthesis of the information obtained in the diagnosis, identifying, firstly, the regularities in the three mountain establishments and recommendations are elaborated to improve the architectural and urban design of the rural housing of mountain.
