dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se diseña y desarrolla un procedimiento para la transición hacia la norma NC-ISO 45001:2018 en la Empresa Aprovechamiento Hidráulico de Villa Clara, aspecto que constituye el aporte fundamental de la investigación. Se parte de realizar objetivamente el diagnóstico de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión Integrado (SGI) de esa organización, e identificar las principales brechas existentes en el cumplimiento de la mencionada norma, utilizando una lista de chequeo digitalizada en una herramienta Excel propuesta por el autor. Se plantea un cronograma de 61 acciones para dar solución a las deficiencias detectadas, que permitirán mantener la certificación otorgada, en el proceso de transición que establece el órgano certificador de la República de Cuba. Como otros aportes del trabajo, se realizan modificaciones en la estructura documental del sistema de gestión integrado existente, entre los que se encuentran: adecuación de la proyección estratégica de la organización, actualización del inventario de riesgos y su vinculación al plan de prevención de la empresa, ajuste de la política del SGI. Se realiza un análisis económico de las acciones que se proponen, resultando un ahorro considerable para esa organización, al no incurrir en gastos por concepto de pago a entidades consultoras en el tema objeto de estudio.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the present work, a procedure is designed and developed for the transition to the NC-ISO 45001:2018 standard in the Villa Clara Hydraulic Development Company, an aspect that constitutes the fundamental contribution of the research. The starting point is to objectively diagnose Occupational Health and Safety within the framework of the Integrated Management System (IMS) of that organization, and identify the main gaps in compliance with that standard, using a checklist digitized in an Excel tool proposed by the author. A schedule of 61 actions is proposed to solve the detected deficiencies, which will allow maintaining the certification granted, in the transition process established by the certifying body of the Republic of Cuba. As other contributions of the work, modifications are made to the documentary structure of the existing integrated management system, among which are: adaptation of the organization's strategic projection, updating of the risk inventory and its link to the company's prevention plan, adjustment of the IMS policy. An economic analysis of the proposed actions is carried out, resulting in considerable savings for that organization, since it does not incur expenses for payment to consulting entities in the subject under study.en_US
