| dc.description.abstract | La nueva política económica que se está implementando en Cuba propone elevar la producción de alimentos y reducir importaciones aplicando un enfoque sistémico o de cadena productiva. Paralelo a esto se desarrolla el proyecto CO-INNOVACIÓN, que ha servido de base de una investigación, de la cual el presente trabajo constituye una parte, cuyo objetivo es diseñar la fase de desarrollo de cadenas productivas agrícolas con alcance local. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se elaboró un marco teórico referencial a partir del análisis bibliográfico sobre la temática. Se tomó de referencia la propuesta de un modelo general que tiene cuatro fases, y a partir de este se describió la fase III del modelo, desarrollo de cadenas productivas agrícolas con alcance local, que consta de cuatro etapas, socialización de los resultados, identificación de estrategias, definición de objetivos de desarrollo de la cadena y definición de acciones de intervención. Las técnicas empleadas fueron la entrevista, análisis de documentos, encuestas, dinámica grupal, tormenta de ideas, método de expertos, modelos y mapas, las cuales contribuyen a dar rigor científico a la investigación. Con la aplicación de las etapas se demostró que el mapa general de la cadena de valor es una herramienta que contribuye a un mejor entendimiento en las relaciones que existen entre los componentes de una cadena productiva en el entorno cubano, facilitando el trabajo, porque a partir de este se generan los mapas genérico y los mapas específicos por productor y para cada producto de la cadena. | dc.description.abstract | The new economic politics that is implementing in Cuba intends to elevate the production of allowances and to reduce imports applying a systemic focus or of productive chain. Parallel to this the project CO-INNOVATION is developed that has served of base of an investigation, of which the present work constitutes a part whose objective is to design the phase of development of agricultural productive chains with local reach. For the development of the investigation a mark theoretical referential was elaborated starting from the bibliographical analysis on the thematic one. He took of reference the proposal of a general model that has four phases, and starting from this the phase was described III of the pattern: Development of agricultural productive chains with local reach that consists of four stages, Socialization of the results, Identification of strategies, Definition of objectives of development of the chain and Definition of intervention stocks. The techniques employees were the interview, analysis of documents, surveys, group dynamics, and storm of ideas, experts' method, models and maps, which contribute to give scientific rigor to the investigation. With the application of the stages it was demonstrated that the general map of the chain of value is a tool that contributes to a better understanding in the relationships that exist among the components of a productive chain in the Cuban environment, facilitating the work, because starting from this the generic maps and the specific maps are generated by producer and for each product of the chain.
