Resumen
Por la importancia que se le atribuye a internet, se presenta esta tesis que caracteriza las rutinas productivas en la página digital de la Radioemsiora CMHW en cada una de sus fases, así como los factores que intervienen en este proceso. Desde la perspectiva cualitativa, y, mediante el empleo del Método bibliográfico documental, el método etnográfico y las técnicas observación participante, entrevistas semiestructurada y estructuradas, el grupo focal y el análisis de contenido cualitativo, se pudo triangular esta investigación y llegar a los resultados que incluyen la persistencia del volcado informativo, la utilización de herramientas web para la recolección de información, la carencia de periodistas avezados en el periodismo hipermedial, la existencia de una rutina laboral matizada por la ausencia de una agenda temática específica para la web y la falta de organización para planificar un flujo informativo eficiente al interior de la redacción digital.
Due to the importance attributed to the Internet, this thesis that characterizes the productive routines on the digital page of the CMHW radiostation is presented in each of its phases, as well as the factors that intervene in this process. From a qualitative perspective, and through the use of the Documentary Bibliographic Method, the ethnographic method and the techniques of participant observation, semi-structured and structured interviews, the focus group and the qualitative content analysis, this research could be triangulated and the results obtained that include the persistence of the informative dump, the use of web tools for the collection of information, the lack of experienced journalists in hypermedia journalism, the existence of a work routine nuanced by the absence of a specific thematic agenda for the web and the lack of organization to plan an efficient information flow within the digital newsroom.
