The evaluation process generally developed in the question editors for the evaluation of the Intelligent Teaching-Learning Systems is characterized by its low flexibility. The application of both Artificial Intelligent techniques and fuzzy logic can make this process more closely related to the procedures that would be followed by a human expert, offering the teacher the possibility of defining their own evaluation system for a given Intelligent Teaching-Learning System. This work presents a question editor with fuzzy evaluation, called EPED, that may form part of an Intelligent Teaching-Learning System. It allows experts who are not computer specialists to create topics and questions about contents of any specialty and level of education. Additionally, a model for student evaluation using fuzzy logic theory, which uses linguistic terms instead of qualitative and quantitative evaluation traditionally used by the professor, is defined.
