Resumen
El presente trabajo hace uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones en el
desarrollo de una Herramienta computacional para elaborar Sistemas de
Enseñanza/Aprendizaje Inteligentes, denominada HESEI, la cual utiliza técnicas como las de
Inteligencia Artificial y Mapas Conceptuales, con el objetivo de adaptar el sistema de
enseñanza/aprendizaje, a través de una interfaz visual, a las características del alumno. Permite
a expertos no especialistas en computación crear sistemas de enseñanza/aprendizaje
inteligentes que aborden contenidos de cualquier especialidad y nivel de enseñanza. En el
diseño de HESEI se concibió un módulo de ayuda a la importante y difícil tarea de ingeniería
del conocimiento, que utilizando técnicas de Reconocimiento de Patrones, reduce de manera
eficiente el número de rasgos con los cuales se describe el modelo cognitivo-afectivo del
estudiante. Así, mediante la combinación del Razonamiento Basado en Casos y las técnicas de
diagramas conceptuales se logra la adaptabilidad del sistema de enseñanza/aprendizaje
inteligente que se genera.
This paper centers on the potential uses of computer and communication technologies and the development of a working tool for designing intelligent teaching/learning systems (In spanish HESEI) this tool makes use of artificial intelligence techniques and conceptual maps with the aim of adapting teaching/learning systems to the learners individual needs, by means of a visual interface that permits non–specialists in computers create intelligent teaching/learning systems, related with contents of any field of knowledge or any cognitive level. In the making up of HESEI a helping module for the difficult and important task of learning engineering was devised so that using techniques of pattern recognition, the number of features through which the learners cognitive–affectionate code is described could be effectively reduced. Thus, the combination of a case–based reasoning approach and the techniques of conceptual diagrams result in better and more viable adaptability of the newly generated systems.
